Natural products production from fresh and frozen berries

We use only northern berries, fresh or frozen, that passed preliminary cleaning and sorting.

Juices, nectars, drinks production


Wild berries juice is a valuable product with fine taste containing vitamins and minerals. The frozen and cleaned berries are defrosted, then blanched and crumbled before pressing, then fermented, and then supplied to Bucher MultiPress (Austria) with capacity of 10 tons per hour.


The new bottling line with capacity of 6 thousands bottles per hour provides bottling hot juices/drinks while they are hermetically sealed. Then the bottles are properly cooled.


Careful pasteurization procedure keeps vitamins, minerals and microelements. The whole procedure is carried out in vacuum so the shelf life is prolonged up to 2 years without using of preservatives and sterilization.

Purée, fillers, marmalade, jam production


The frozen berries are defrosted, blanched, crumbled and fermented. Then the berries body is supplied to the pulping machine where peel, pits and stones are separated from pulp. Thus we get natural purée in the end of the process.


Production equipment of juice factory of Karelia Berries lets us produce different products based on berry materials – jam, marmalade, fillers etc.

We are able to pack our products in wholesale and retail package.
